Students to get insights into TV development

Italy is one of Europe's leading producers of high-end television

From 24-25 March, MA Writing for Script & Screen students will meet in person to explore how Rome has become one of the modern hubs of the European TV and film landscape. As part of this face-to-face event, they will meet with industry professionals such as:

• Giacomo Taggi, producer at Sky Italia

• Armando Fumagalli. Director, Master Program in International Screenwriting and Production at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan) and script consultant for Lux vide (Rome)

• Luisa Cotta Ramosino, director original tv series Netflix Italia

This trip to Rome and conversation with industry consultants and executives is a fantastic opportunity for MA students to learn just how accessible the overall European industry is now and the role that other countries can play in the creation of content.
