As one of the residential opportunities available, many of the current cohort of MA Photography students joined academics in Paris for a trip to coincide with the annual Paris Photo fair and festival of contemporary photography.
The trip offered the following opportunities:
- Networking with peers, teaching staff, and other industry professionals in one of the most beautiful cities in the world
- The chance to see a range of photographic work – in the ‘flesh’ - by some of the most celebrated and respected practitioners
- Attendance at talks and presentations to help develop awareness and understanding of contemporary practice
- Some face-to-face feedback from peers and staff on work
Both Jesse Alexander and Professor Helen Sear from Falmouth were in Paris as part of the residential.
