Tue 1 Dec 2020

Only 43 universities were rated gold, out of 134. And, of the 332 Higher Education providers that participated, Falmouth University came 9th overall, based on the key metrics.

Gold awards are reserved for institutions where teaching, retention and graduate outcomes are consistently outstanding and are of highest quality found in the UK.

Commenting on the result, Vice-Chancellor & Chief Executive, Professor Anne Carlisle said: "We are immensely proud that the quality of our teaching, our world-class learning environment, student satisfaction and graduate employability has been acknowledged and rewarded."

"Designed to help students choose where to study, TEF gold status helps Falmouth remain competitive in a challenging and changing Higher Education landscape."
