Falmouth Flexible Creative App Development students will gather in Cornwall, UK for a Face-to-Face event, from Friday 25th January to Sunday 27th January 2019.
The event will kick off on Friday afternoon with a live stream from Global Game Jam HQ, when the themes for the jam will be released. Group allocations will happen shortly after and the rapid ideation begins.
Students will spend the next 48 hours designing and developing some great games! The games require a multidisciplinary approach and all skills, from illustration to programming, will be required. On Saturday, the Game Jam continues.
The Face-to-Face event will end with a post conference retrospective. This will be a chance for Creative App Development students to reflect on the event and discuss how it will help their practice as practitioners. The Game Jam ends at 5pm on Sunday and will be followed by a short show and tell where all the teams demo their games and receive feedback.
