1 Important

Please read these conditions carefully as they set out the terms and conditions that apply to your payment of tuition fees for your Falmouth Flexible course. It is important that you make sure that you have read and understood all of these conditions as you will be deemed to have accepted these conditions when you make a payment to Falmouth Flexiblei.

2 Application

If you are successful in your application to join your selected course, you will receive an offer letter from Falmouth University outlining your course of study which will detail the tuition fees and the acceptance fee that will be required to secure your place.

3 Acceptance fee

To accept your offer you will be required to pay the indicated acceptance fee on your offer letter.

This is non-refundable should you decide not to take up your place on the course.

The acceptance fee must be received within two weeks of the date at the top of your offer letter.

4 First payment of tuition fees

The first payment of your tuition fees can be paid at any point from receipt of your offer letter but MUST be received two weeks before the course starts.

If your tuition fees are not received by this date, you will not be able to start your course and your place may be offered to someone else.

You can opt to pay your fees in full prior to starting the course or in three payment instalments.

A £750 discount will be offered to students paying full fees in advance.

The three payment instalments will correspond to each 60-credit block of study in your course.

5 Subsequent payment of tuition fees

If you have opted to pay in three payment blocks, each subsequent payment instalment must be received no later than two weeks prior to starting your next block of study.

If no payment has been received by this date, you will be unable to access your next block of study on Canvas.

If no payment has been received two weeks after you were due to start your next study block, you will be unable to register for that study block and your student record will be marked as ‘suspended’.

If no payment has been received by the end of the study block and no notification has been received from you, you will be withdrawn from the course.
