Please read these conditions carefully as they set out the terms and conditions that apply to payment of course fees for your A Greener Future (AGF) Assessor Training (formerly A Greener Festival Assessor Training) course. 
 
It is important that you have read and understood these conditions as you will be deemed to have accepted them when you make a payment to Falmouth Flexible.
 

 

1. Who is Falmouth Flexible?

Falmouth Flexible is the trading name used by Falmouth University for the delivery of their portfolio of online courses.
Falmouth University delivers these courses in partnership with Cambridge Education Group Ltd (CEG).
 
CEG Falmouth Limited is the name of the company set up with the sole purpose of delivering the Falmouth Flexible courses. CEG Falmouth Ltd is registered in England under company number 10062305.
 

 

2. Application 

Applications to the course must be made using the application form available on the Falmouth Flexible website or the AGF website. Applications will be assessed by Falmouth Flexible Admissions Officers against entry criteria published on the websites.
 
By submitting the application form you are agreeing that the data contained in your application form can be used by Falmouth University, CEG Falmouth Ltd and AGF in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
 
Falmouth Flexible will let you know the outcome of your application by email. If you have been successful, this email will contain details of how to pay the fee required to secure your place.
 
By accepting your place, you warrant that you have a level of English language proficiency that will enable you to successfully complete the course.
 

 

3. Payment of course fees

Course fees can be paid at any point from receipt of your offer but MUST be received before the course starts.
If your course fees are not received in full by this date, you will not be able to start the course and your place may be offered to someone else.
 

 

4. What’s included, what’s not?

 
The course fee includes:
  • All course content and tuition 
  • Certificate of Completion from Falmouth University, accredited by AGF, if successful, which qualifies you as an AGF Assessor.
 
The Certificate of Completion is valid for the A Greener Future Awards Scheme for 3 years from the date you complete this course.  At the end of 3 years, you will need to renew your training with A Greener Future if you wish to continue as an Assessor.
 
The course fee does NOT include:
  • Any academic credit from Falmouth University.

 

5. Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your acceptance of the place within 14 days of the receipt of payment. 
 
You do not need to give a reason, but you must inform us in writing by email.
 
If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of fees paid.
 
If you withdraw within the 14 day period, no refund will be given.
 
We aim to process refunds within 3 weeks of your request. Please note at busy periods this may take longer.
 
All refunds will be calculated in Pounds Sterling. No refund for any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations, or offer compensation for any bank or other charges incurred shall be made.
All refunds will be paid to the original payee.
 

 

6. Code of Conduct

Students will be expected to maintain a high level of online professionalism.
 
If, at any point, you display threatening, abusive or dangerous behaviour towards your tutors, fellow students or any of our staff or affiliated individuals, we reserve the right to withdraw you from the course without refunding any fees paid.
 

 

7. Data protection

 
Falmouth Flexible warrants that, to the extent it processes any Personal Data relating to or provided by you:
  • it shall comply with its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998;
  • it shall comply with the terms and provisions set out in the Falmouth Flexible Privacy Policy 
  • it has in place appropriate technical and organisational security measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing of Personal Data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, Personal Data.
  • This course is accredited by A Greener Future (AGF). On successful completion, you will be qualified as an AGF Assessor. By starting this course you are consenting to your student information being shared with A Greener Future, under the provision of the Data Protection Act 1998, for the purposes of being registered as a qualified assessor. 

 

8. Variation of Conditions

Falmouth Flexible may, by written notice, vary these terms and conditions as may be necessary to comply with the laws and regulations of England and Wales or amendment thereof.
 
Falmouth Flexible additionally reserves the right, upon giving written notice of such change to all affected students and sponsors, to make an addition, amendment or alteration to these conditions as is deemed necessary by Falmouth Flexible.
